Volunteer

Duties: 

At the package pick-up volunteers will be helping in with several tasks including collecting signed waivers, handing out assigned race bibs and iFitMe gift to race participants in addition to cleaning up at closing.

Each team of volunteers will be assigned a Volunteer Group Leader who will be the point of contact during the events.


Pre-Race day (Package Pick Up)
**volunteer shifts will begin 1 hour before event begins.


Race Day
**volunteer shifts will begin 1-2 hours before race begins.

Race Day Duties Include:
  • Start Line Coordinator
  • Course Marshal
  • Finish Line
  • Post-Race Party
  • General Race Day Volunteer
  • Shoe Drive Coordinator

Volunteer Waiver

In consideration of the foregoing, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, waive and release any and all rights, claims and courses of action I have or may have against iFitMe, The Red Bill Group and its affiliates, their agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in the iFitMe 5K event and any pre- and post- event activities. I attest and verify that I am physically fit for the duties of this event and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising, without monetary payment to me.
