"To promote a healthy and active lifestyle across all borders while raising funds for charity organizations whose sole purpose is to improve the quality of life for those in need."
Through philanthropic efforts, iFitMe intends to build awareness, promote and implement ways of getting involved in our communities. Through volunteering, and community participation we hope to shine some light on and help to raise funds for grass root charity organizations that often go unnoticed. It is through self-love, commitment, focus and discipline that we are able to selflessly give to others. Therefore, if we attempt to preserve ourselves, we will strive to do the same for those in need. We are one voice; voice of the human race.
To leave this world a little better than we found it.
In essence, iFitMe will serve as a platform to echo messages of selected charities; shedding light on their causes by sharing information and knowledge; uniting groups of people who are seeking opportunities to give and share with others.
Throughout 2013, the iFitMe competition will be visiting cities across America. Grab your friends, family members and come out to participate in one of the most beneficial running event of the year. The event will kick off with a 5K run-walk chip timing race, followed by a fitness challenge competition, a healthy breakfast, trade show in some cities and celebration of each participant with music, prizes and surprises at the after party. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers. In addition, all participants will receive a iFitMe gift.
Proceeds from the events will benefit various charity organizations within the host city.
